What is an Energy Audit?
It is a comprehensive inspection of your home's energy usage. We identify where heat, air and electricity are being wasted. We will typically do a 'blower door test' to help identify leaks. Based on the results, we then make recommendations for upgrades like insulation, air duct sealing or HVAC improvements to boost efficiency and lower utility bills.
We are nationally Certified and do Audits in all of Washington State.
Commercial Energy Audits
Have you heard of Washington legislature Bill HB 1257 or SB 5722?
It's a law that requires all Commercial buildings to meet a specific Energy Efficiency standard by Year 2026 or 2027 (depending on building size) or face fines. Click here for more information.
